René is a seasoned entrepreneur, innovator and strategist with over 30 years of experience. He has a strong passion for digital transformation and disruptive business models enabled by digital technologies. In his ealier role as Shell’s Vice President for Strategy & Innovation and Chief Digital Officer he was accountable for driving Royal Dutch Shell’s digital journey from both a business and digital technology perspective.
René is also co-founder of a battery technology company, Titan Advanced Energy Solutions, which develops advanced battery management systems for lithium-ion batteries.
